The ski area Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis is one of the best ski resorts in the world and offers among other things 214 km of slopes, an excellent ski school with the large Bertas Kinderland and Boarderclub, 112 km of cross-country ski trails, 8 fun areas, 10 km of toboggan runs, excellent mountain restaurants and alpine pastures.
You can also expect unique attractions like the "first track", "Nightflow," "Magic Night", the Skyswing, the Fisser Flieger, the Schneisenfeger and many more.
We are located near the mountain railroad. At the valley station you can use our personal ski and board locker directly in the new ski depot.

In summer our guests receive the SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. which is included in our apartment prices.
With this card you have free entrance to various adventure worlds and unlimited free use of the mountain railroads, the hiking buses in the region and the children's entertainment in the Mini & Maxi Club on 6 days a week.
Furthermore, the vacation region offers adventure mountains by Thomas Brezina, the summer fun park Fiss, the Wolfsee, adventure park Hög and much more.
